35th Annual Camelot Dinner Auction & Wines of the Round Table |
The Rotary Club of Fairview Heights cordially invites you to join us on Saturday, March 6th at Four Points by Sheraton Conference Center in Fairview Heights, IL. Free wine tasting will be enjoyed from 5:30-7:00 pm, with an elegant dinner to be served at 7 pm. The oral auction will begin at 8 pm with many fantastic items on which to bid, such as rare Cardinal memorabilia, gorgeous paintings, getaway trips, hard to find concert tickets and so much more. This auction will raise much needed support for the Miracle League Ball Field at Moody Park at Longacre, Fairview Heights Food Pantry, The Dictionary Project for 3rd Graders and other selected local charities. This also includes world-wide Rotary International Service Projects, such as Polio Eradication, Guatemala Water Project and the Belize Crippled Children’s Program. Specifically, we are trying to raise $700,000 to build a special ball field that will enable every special needs child to play kickball and baseball that might otherwise never get the chance. Only through your generous support can we accomplish such an undertaking. We ask for your assistance by donating one or more items to the auction. For your generous contribution, your business will be recognized in the event program, which will be distributed to all guests attending. Additional recognition will be placed on our website, advertising and all other promotional materials. If you are willing to help us make a difference in our community, please contact us.
